1. Define a provider template
Admins register a provider type (Twilio, SendGrid…) with its HTTP plumbing and the setup fields tenants must fill in.
2. Configure & test a provider
Pick a template, enter your credentials, send a live test, and set your default provider for the tenant.
3. Author message templates
Create reusable templates per channel with subject, body, and sender details for your notifications.
